• 3 operatories with opportunity for expansion
• Hygiene and Diagnostic revenue grosses 48% of production

Note from Seller:
I chose to establish my practice in Pullman, Washington because I wanted to be able to enjoy the safety, relaxed pace, and quality of life of a small town, with the recreational activities, sports, art, culture, and educational support usually found in much larger cities. This region has been voted the number one best place to live, and in the 36 years I have practiced here, I have not been disappointed. Pullman is the home of Washington State University, and the University of Idaho is just eight miles away. These two state universities bring in sports, concerts, art events, academic speakers, and athletic facilities that are open to the public. The universities also provide Pullman High School students with the opportunity to save up to two years of college tuition by earning university credits through Running Start.

But there is so much more to the beautiful Palouse than just the universities. Skiing, boating, fishing, rafting, and hiking are all within a short commute. As an avid cyclist, a competitive swimmer, and a musician, I have always found ample outlets here for my passions. There are over 150 miles of paved bike paths in the area, including the world class Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes, which runs through some of the most scenic areas in the country. This region hosts the annual Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival, and in the summer months, there is a thriving farmer’s market with arts, crafts, and live music every weekend.

But the thing I have enjoyed most about being a dentist in Pullman is the patients. Our patients tend to be very well educated and diverse, and they seek out the kind of dentistry we offer. It is such a joy to provide care for patients who understand and appreciate what we do!

In recent years, I have slowed my work pace somewhat, but there is a huge demand for our care. Our practice has an excellent reputation in the community, and each week we turn away between 3-6 new patients due to our limited schedule. The high demand for quality non-corporate dentistry here provides great potential for growth, and I cannot think of a better place in the country to live, work, and raise a family. – Selling Doctor

Note from Seller:
Deciding to retire from practicing dentistry after 44 years has not been an easy one. I love what I do and taking care of my patients over the years has brought me a tremendous amount of happiness. I have had the pleasure of meeting and providing care for some of the nicest people you can imagine, many of them I now call friends…I would not change that experience for the world.

I grew up in Tacoma, attended undergrad at Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and then on to dental school at the University of Washington. I was given the opportunity to start as an associate right out of dental school with two dentists who had practiced together for a number of years in downtown Puyallup… my time with these two dentists was humbling and invaluable. It was this experience that taught me the value of dentistry as an art, that things don’t always go as planned and you will never succeed and enjoy your work unless you respect your patients, allow them to gain your trust and always put their care and wellbeing first….the rest will follow. After my mentors retired, I decided to start my solo practice on South Hill of Puyallup.

Puyallup/South Hill has been a wonderful place for my wife and I to live, raise our daughter and work. Practicing dentistry in this community has been good to me. When I started my practice on South Hill, I was one of very few new businesses to locate here…it was risky. I can now say this move has served me well…no one could have anticipated the significant residential and economic growth on South Hill. Being located on Meridian (SR 161) frontage has been a huge advantage…Meridian is a 36 mile long state highway that serves Pierce and King counties. Puyallup is 10 miles SE of Tacoma and 35 miles south of Seattle. We are two and half hours from the Washington coast and an hour and a half from Mount Rainier National Park. Local lakes, rivers and of course the beautiful Cascade mountain range provide incredible outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, biking, and water sports just to name a few. There are many local arts and cultural events…Puyallup is part of the annual Daffodil Festival and home of the Washington State Fair. The Puyallup Farmer’s Market is one of the largest and most recognized farmer markets in the state. Educational opportunities include the Puyallup School District (public), Cascade Christian Schools (private), many daycare and preschool providers and Pierce College. The Puyallup Sounder Station (downtown) serves thousands of commuters and the new Sound Transit Station currently under construction will open in 2022.
